  • Once I’ve put a payment through and received a confirmation, can I add more to the same order?

Yes we are able to add extra items to a processed order. Please click here to contact us so we can update your order before we post it and use the shopping cart to purchase the additional item or items.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

That will depend on where it is going. We usually ship within two working days of receiving your payment. If we are unable to do this we will let you know. Unfortunatley we cannot control the postal service and as such we can only provide an estimated delivery time.

  • Have you received my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If this has not yet been received, please click here to contact us.

  • How secure is your online shopping system?

You can pay using your PayPal account, which means that you don’t have to share your credit card details with us.

  • What methods can I pay by?

If you are based in New Zealand, we accept payment via PayPal and via bank deposit. If you’re located outside of New Zealand, you can pay using your PayPal account.

  • What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is dependent on your location, the items you’re ordering, and how many items you’re ordering. You can click here to contact us for a quote on a bulk shipping order otherwise please see shipping details displayed with each item description.

  • I’ve forgotten my password, how can I log in?

Go to the Login page and click on ‘Forgotten your password?’ Enter your email address and we’ll send a password reminder to your email.

  • Can I log in to your website?

Yes, click on Login in the top left-hand corner to access your account.

  • How can I unsubscribe from your emails?

Click on the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of any of our emails and you will be removed from our mailing list.
